Basal and stem leaves widely oblong, shallow lobes with pointed tips, sharp teeth, short bristles on top surface. Small plantlets often grow on top of leaf. Flowers in spike, 4 petals thread-like purplish or brown. Grows in moist woods at low to mid elevations. Native.
