Toilet's Sign - 9

China has made significant improvements on their public toilets in the Olympic venue cities. They are to be commended for that effort. Things are still bad to very bad and some absolutely deplorable in the rural areas. We have no idea what was meant by the possessive form on "Toilet's" sign. Squat toilets seem to be the norm outside the major metropolitan cities. Most restaurants also have squat toilets.
