After eating breakfast a staff dining room it became apparent to me that a dedicated cook had both talent and concern about doing a excellent job of food preparation. One morning I spotted this gentleman and talked to him. I found out he was the head man in the kitchen. I thanked him for his excellent work. Quickly we became good friends.
