Separating Caramelized Sweet Potatoes

One thing that must get done and quickly amounts to separating the pieces. If you fail to do this quickly while they still remain hot they will quickly form into a solid mass and be resolutely fastened to the plate. Here we endeavor to separate the pieces. Don't use your hands or they will get burned badly.
