Hot Red Peppers in Oil

Most Chinese restaurant will have a bowl of hot red pepper pieces in oil available. This shows one such bowl. A tiny spoon sits there for your use. I love the oil and pepper on jiaozi and other dishes. Use sparingly until you determine how well you like it.
