9. Tourist Shops

As it is with most Chinese tourist attractions a multitude of vendors sell a myriad of tourist goods. They are generally located between the tick booths and the attraction itself. Strangely, by western standard they seem all to sell the same identical items. So be prepared to bargain cutting the price to a fifth of what is asked. Be willing to pit one against another. Do remember to buy on the way out not the way in, however. Here we see Barbara Pleasant weave her way through the vendors.
