12. Construction on One Circle Road

The main pavement has been finished and people are using part of it now. The pipes have been set in the ground. The curbs, bike lanes and sidewalks are under construction. These men are getting ready to get that work done. Our unit is in the background. In the past months we had to negotiate our way over the ditch and construction. Often some of the men would help Bernice cross over the narrow planks across the ditch and then carry her bike. They were always kind to us and all work stopped to watch the spectacle.
