13. Construction on One Circle Road

Our apartment is the one shown in between the two buildings. These men are preparing the bike lane beside the road. Almost all of the work is done by hand. The city spent about 9 months to complete the road construction. A complete solid row of businesses and houses were destroyed and removed to widen this road.
