Zhengzhou Scenes 26. Zhengzhou City Center Bernice and I often went to Zhengzhou to go shopping. The stores there have everything you would ever want to buy. Appliances, clothes, furniture, food, art, electronics, computers, you name it they have it and with good prices. Sometimes we rode on the train, sometimes we rented a car and driver ($10 US for the day) and at times the University took us into town. We sometimes went to see operas and musicals. Many fine places to eat at local small restaurants can be found in the city. Some Sundays we ate breakfast at the Holiday Inn.
