27. Yellow River Cruise Boat

You certainly will want to take a cruise on the Yellow River during your stay in Zhengzhou. Bernice and I took a cruise on the river but we rode on a local boat run by peasants. About 1,500 million tons of Chinese soil flows down the river each year. That is why it is called the Yellow River. Four hundred square miles of new China has been created at the mouth of the Yellow River. The outlet of the Yellow River has fluctuated some 800 miles south to north over the last many centuries.
