Here we are after we have rescued the wrecked truck. I seem to remember hooking the wench to a telephone pole trying to get it out. The pole pulled down and we had to try another on something else. We threw away the remains of the canvas top. I seem to remember that we spent most of the day working on the vehicle. We had to get some salvaged parts off of another wrecked truck to repair the engine. It is hard to remember all the details after 50 years. I remember the other young man. His name is Don Campbell.
