Salem Radio Relay Station
3. Salem Relay Station Antennas The site area was almost solid stone. To one side of the Quonset hut was a sheer drop of approximately 100 feet. The remainder of the site sloped more gently in the other three directions. The log cabin in the center is the radio shack. To the left is the mess hall, and the Quonset hut (living quarters) juts out to the right and beyond the radio shack. The steel tower looked like an old structure and supported the various antennas.
