Freezing Swedish Almond Bars 18. Put Flour Mixture on Jelly Roll Pan We use a jelly roll pan. That is a cookie sheet with edges on each side. We chose to line the pan with aluminum foil. That will greatly ease the job of easily removing the cooked squares from the pan after baking. We put all of our flour mixture onto the foil lined pan. Try to spread it out as best you can.
