16. Pour Egg Mixture on Cream Cheese

We pour our egg mixture onto the 8 ounce package of cream cheese. It will greatly help if you put the unwrapped cream cheese in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds. This will soften the cream cheese for easier mixing. It will also reduce the number of small lumps.
