This labor saving tool works well. It will separates skins and seeds from purees. We now use it for applesauce and also for sauce to make apple leathers. It comes with two discs (3mm and 5mm). We used the larger (5mm size). It comes apart for easy cleaning. It holds two quarts. Made by Norpro and is ideal for fruit & vegetable sauces, purees, and baby foods. Made of 18/10 gauge stainless steel.
