Canning Apricot Nectar
Check Rim on Jars Before we start a project we check the jars we will use. Visibly check to see if there are any nicks in the rim of the jars. Run your finger along the edges to feel if there are any imperfections. We did discover one jar with some nicks. It was set aside.
