Canning Apricot Nectar
Heat Lids Paul next puts the lids in a small pan of water and turns on the heat under them. To help keeping them from sticking together we alternate the lids top side up and down. Authorities warn against boiling them. We just put heat under them and turn off the heat when they boil.
