After Bernice has finished the final silking then Paul begins to cut the corn. Using the "Lee Corn Cutter and Creamer" makes it an easy job to do this step. The instructions indicate how to set up the cutter for whole kernel corn or cream style corn. You just slide the cob down the chute turn the cob slightly and it takes less than a minute per cob.
