Prepare Light Syrup - 5

While Bernice works at washing the prunes Paul prepares the syrup we will use canning the prunes. We prefer light syrup. Light syrup is 3 part water to 1 part sugar. Heat while stirring until the sugar dissolves. Then bring to a boil and turn heat down to low heat.
