Canning Prunes

Our Work Setup - 6

We work on our kitchen table. On the right Paul has a cutting board to cut the prunes in two. Right now he gets a break to take the photo. Bernice has a pan to work in as she removes the pits and trims any needing trimming. In front of her is a bowl of cold water to rinse off her knife when needed, To her right is a bowl to put the prune halves in. When the bowl fills we will stop and fill jars with the halved prunes.
