We will often use Oyster Sauce in stir fry, fried rice or in our sauce for noodles. This bottle made by Lee Kum Kee under the Panda Brand. We believe other brands will prove equally satisfactory. Ingredients include oyster extractives, water, sugar, and food starches. This product must be refrigerated after opening.
