Fry Ground Pork For our noodles dish for 6 people we will use perhaps 1/2 pound of unseasoned ground pork. We find that most of the time meat markets do not have fresh unseasoned ground pork available. We just ask our butcher to prepare some for us. We will buy several pounds and have them put into one pound packages. We will freeze that we don't need for our current dinner for later use. Just label and date. Our butcher will wrap them properly for freezing if we request. We use a little canola oil to get started. We use this small spatula to break up the clumps into small pieces as it cooks. We do this job well in advance of our dinner.
