Chinese Cooking
Cut Chives Many years ago we bought a 2 inch pot of chives and planted it in a small area near our kitchen. We have used them all these years for our dishes. Bernice will go out and cut some of them for our Chinese dinners. Here she uses her kitchen scissors to cut them into small pieces. They will be placed in a small dish for use by our guest on top the of noodle dish if they choose. Not all use the chives but have them if they wish. In the cold winter the chives may freeze and then we either do without or will alternately use some green onions cut into small pieces. ⇦ Back to Step 5 On to Step 7 ⇨Return to Noodles Thumbs - Page 1 |
