Roast Pork with Mustard and Sesame Seeds
Cutting the Roast Pork On the day of the dinner well ahead of the dinner we cut the pork. After the meat is cut Bernice will arrange it in decorative fashion on the plate. Remember they will be eating with chopsticks so each piece needs to be small enough to handle with chopsticks.
