Jiaozi (Potstickers)
We enjoy the pork Jiaozi. They come in packages of varying sizes. You can get pork, beef, fish, shrimp, and vegetarian jiaozi. Jiaozi, as they are called in China, are pronounced a "Jaow Za." In the US they most often are called "Potstickers" in restaurants used by non-Chinese. Before we start a project we assemble the ingredients.
