Fry Spring Rolls Here we have put the rolls into the frying pan. The pan has about 1/2 inch canola oil in it. The oil should be somewhat hot but not very hot. That way the oil will not splatter and the rolls will be able to defrost slow enough so it is hot inside when finished cooking.
