6. Fry Tong Yuen

We put the still frozen tong yuen into the heated oil. Have a cover handy in case of splattering oil. They won't need much cooking but you will need to turn them over from time to time. We take them individually out as they finish cooking. We place them on a paper towel as we take them out of the oil.
