Making Ham Swiss Mini Quiches

1. Grate Cheese

We need one and a half cups of grated Swiss Cheese. We use our grater and fill the measuring dish. To get an accurate measurement we lightly press down on the grated cheese to the correct mark. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees (F).
