24. Store and Freeze

The mini quiches can be frozen for use at a later time. They will keep frozen for 3 to 4 months. Label the date and contents on a masking tape. To use the frozen mini quiches, thaw them in the refrigerator over night. Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Bake a 350 degrees (F) for 10 to 14 minutes or until heated throughout.
