Making Ham Swiss Mini Quiches 24. Store and Freeze The mini quiches can be frozen for use at a later time. They will keep frozen for 3 to 4 months. Label the date and contents on a masking tape. To use the frozen mini quiches, thaw them in the refrigerator over night. Transfer to a greased baking sheet.
