Making Ham Swiss Mini Quiches 23. Finished Quiches Here you see our 12 mini ham swiss quiches. We placed them on a wire rack to cool. Allow 5 minutes before removing them from the muffin pan. We used a Teflon muffin pan which makes removal much easier. Running a kitchen knife around the edges they easily came out.
