Making Ham Cheese Soufflé 11. Cheeses into Pan Next we sprinkle half of our mixed cheeses on top of the ham cubes trying to spread them fairly evenly. Next we begin again adding the remainder of the bread cubes, followed by the remaining half of the ham then followed by the remainder of the cheeses.
