Mix in 2 Cups of Flour

Here we have well mixed in 2 cups of flour into the wet mixture. The mix will still be somewhat easily pliable. We prefer to use the back of the large tablespoon to continuously spread out the mixture to spread out the remaining lumps of shortening. Be sure to scrape both the bottom and sides from time to time.
