Sift into Rest of the Flour

We have sifted in the last of the flour and now start to mix this up. It seems like you have too much flour but it will all mix up with some effort. It will get stiffer and stiffer. Scrape the sides and bottom from time to time.

This part Paul remembers a the toughest part for a 7 year-old. He remembers his Mom encouraging him on and always being patient with her kid. Paul's Mom had four boys and taught them all cooking and how to enjoy cooking and its rewards.
