Chop up the Nuts

The cookie dough has been well creamed. We now take a break to chop up some walnuts to put into the dough. We like the nuts chopped up fine but not to dust. We chop by hand. You can omit the nuts if that is your choice, We live in an area that grows lots of nuts. And our relatives have large nut orchards so they are plentiful here.
