Add the Ground Ginger

Next Bernice measures out the 1 teaspoon of ginger and puts it into the sifter. By putting the ginger into the sifter we do a good job of getting the small amount of ginger well mixed and also breaks up any lumps in the ginger. The ginger was quite lumpy.
