Put the Cutout on the Cookie Sheet.

Place the cutout on the sheet where you want it to stay. It won't slide once you have set it down. Here Bernice uses her gloved finger to help separate the cutout dough from the cutter, A good job for Bernice with her tiny fingers. You may have to help rearrange some arms and legs if your feel it necessary on some of the gingerbread men. After a few cookies, we did a better job of keeping flour off the top of the cookies. After baking and cooling, a wet paper towel will help remove some of the flour.
