Bake the Gingerbread Men

You bake the gingerbread men for 8-10 minutes in a 375 F degree oven. Here a batch of men have been baked and removed from the oven. We let them cool for five minutes and then place them on a wire rack to cool. They have now cooled and we begin to decorate them. The big tube shown on the recipe page turned out to be unsatisfactory as it required a messy procedure to use. The next pictures show our change.
