Assemble Ingredients

Before we start a project we assemble the ingredients. We also check to see we have enough of each item for the project. Make sure each package had enough for what you are cooking. Sometimes the sugar or flour package is too empty. The list we need for this Crispy Oatmeal Cookies is on the opening page. We noted the vanilla is getting low. Although we have enough for our cookies today we put it on the grocery list for the next time we go shopping.
