Bernice relaxes while doing her duty by testing our first cookies. Understand that we both do the work but Bernice gets in all the pictures because Paul has to take the photos. Also we go into more great detail so young kids can learn the joys of making cookies. Paul remembers his Mom letting him make cookies anytime he wanted to. She always cleaned up afterwards. Thus he learned at a young age the joys of cooking. Bernice insists on eating the broken cookies. I suspect she breaks a few deliberately but can't catch her at it.
