Assemble Ingredients

Before we start a project we assemble the ingredients. We also check to see we have enough of each item for the project. Make sure each package has enough for what you are cooking. Sometimes the sugar or a package is too empty. The list we need for this bread pudding is on the opening page. In our case we will be making a double batch. The work is mostly the same for a double or single but the results double.
