Slice the Bread

We had set the bread out to dry so we did not need to dry it in the oven. We slice them into small squares, perhaps 3/4 by 3/4 inches. It is not vital for the exact size. We slice them in one direction then turn them 90 degrees and slice again. You need 2 cups of bread cubes.
