24. Cut into Bars

We used a knife to cut the bars into pieces as shown. We then packed the bars into a cookie tin with wax paper on the bottom of the tin and between layers. In the freezer they will last for months. Bernice, official sampler, tested one and found it chewy and delicious. Sometimes she feels one cannot be a sufficient sampling and so she tests another. It also passed.
