Mixing Diced Apples to the Batter

Take this step a little slow. With the mixer on the slowest speed begin to mix up the diced apples into the batter. It will help to add the apples a few at a time. The batter will get much thinner as you add apples. After they are all added in, you can speed up the mixer a little.
