Oil the Pans

We like to use the small 6 by 3 inch aluminum pans. It works the best for us with just two people. Certainly you could use bigger pans or even a big Pyrex pan. Your choice. Here Bernice uses some canola oil to coat the pans with oil. She uses a small pastry brush to coat each pan. Remember we are doing a double batch so we need 10 pans. You could also use some Pam or other similar product.
