Sift and Measure Flour - 12

After the soda and spices are in the sifter we crank out our 4 1/2 cups of flour. We make sure the sifter has less than 4 1/2 cups so all the spices go into the measuring dish. We add any more flour needed to bring out flour up to the 4 1/2 cups required.
