Pineapple Upside-Down Cake -- Step 2

Melt Margarine

Over low heat melt one cube of margarine. One cube is 1/2 cup. Be careful to not burn the margarine, just get it liquid. Too much heat will cause it to boil dangerously and burn you. Use butter if you prefer.
