Beat the Eggs

Next Bernice beats the 4 eggs with our favorite egg beater. We bought that beater from Goodwill Industries for 5 cents some 50 years ago. It is like an old family friend. Paul had to make a wooden handle for it. Beat them well. I remember a farm we used to go to many years ago. They had a sign that read, "You can whip our cream but you can't beat our eggs."
