Relaxing after making the Pineapple Upside-down Cake, Bernice tests the results. To be fair she tried one piece while warm and then after it had cooled to make a comprehensive test. Paul assisted her in this evaluation. Paul thought they should have a third piece and then take an average of the three. Bernice felt two was a fair test.
