Step 5 - Mix it Up

After adding in the milk, spices and sugar, we then mix it up well. Here Bernice uses a soft scraper to make sure things on the side and bottom get mixed in. You may have to let it sit a minute or so to let any bubbles rise out and pop. This is not a race or a test of how fast you can do things. Take time to enjoy the task. There is no prize for the fastest cook at our house.
