Step 11 - Out of Oven and Test

Here we have taken out the pumpkin custard from the oven. Bernice uses a toothpick to check if the custard is done. The toothpick should come out clean. We put the portion of the custard not fitting in the cups into the baking dish you see on the right of the picture. This dish was also put into another dish so water could be put into that dish.
